Default how to swap an ls1 t56 in an 86 monte carlo ss?

alrite so ive been looking to do a swap for a while now and i finally decided i want to put an ls1 crate motor from a camaro ss aswell as the 6 speed t56 transmission. so the 86 i have right now is an automatic 4 speed. i know this is possible, but what problems would i run into? ive heard you can put the clutch pedal from camaros in, but i would still like to know if there would be any trouble putting in the clutch pedal, or the flywheel, and how would i put the 6 speed transmission on the console in the monte carlo? anything that would make this much clearer in what i would need to purchase. thanks in advance!
