There is an air bleed procedure which needs to be completed to remove the air trapped in the cooling system. Be sure you have followed the bleeding procedure as outlined in the service manual.

Did you check for external and internal leaks?

NEVER flush the cooling system it is a waste of time and money.

Never change parts 'till you know the problem another waste of money.'04 is about due for cleaning. Go to a RADIATOR SHOP, not an auto repair, and have radiator diagnosed and cleaned as required.

The radiator must be removed to do the job. Nothing you can do will solve the problem.
